To impart the industry use case focused skills through ILUP to existing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Management) professionals and freshers in Tier-3 and below cities through corporate upskilling and innovation hubs into academia, respectively. This builds a strong foundation for the country and the backward states coming to the mainstream and by becoming Foreign Direct Investment destinations. With this, STEM communities get their desired career trajectory, reduces the un/ under-employment, improves the macroeconomic situation and can contribute to a holistic nation building e.g., “Make in India”.
