CANCELLATION AND REFUND
IHONORS Cancellation and Refund Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure our customers are satisfied with their experience. If you need to cancel your IHONORS membership, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Refunds may be available depending on the circumstances of your cancellation. Please refer to our cancellation and refund policy for more information.
THE POLICY

The Booking fee once paid is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the registration process is not completed within the due date.

The Learner can cancel the registration or withdraw from the Program at any time.

If the cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of registration the Learner is entitled for a full refund after deducting the non-refundable fee, payment gateway charges, and applicable taxes.

If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours of registration and within 15 days up to the batch start date, there will be an incremental 1% deduction per day from the course fees for a maximum 15% of the total enrollment amount.

If the cancellation request is submitted on or after the batch start date and if the Learner did not attend any sessions and/or did not avail himself/herself of any services, there will be 75% refund from the total enrollment amount excluding the non-refundable booking fee.

If the cancellation request is submitted 30 days after the batch start date and if the Learner did attend sessions and/or did avail himself/herself services, there will be 50% refund from the total enrollment amount excluding the non-refundable booking fee.

After 30 days of the batch start date there will not be any refund option available. If there are sufficient health reasons provided from a certified health specialist/ Doctor, the fees can be adjusted for future terms.

In case of a force majeure, unforeseen, and unavoidable circumstance if the course gets delayed up to 3 months the learner must wait until the normalcy returns for a course start. Beyond 3 months the learner is entitled for a 100% refund excluding the non-refundable booking fee.

If a rescheduling of course happens beyond 15 days after the confirmed course start date due to an instructor illness or unavailability, then the Learner will be entitled for 100% refund of the total enrollment amount paid excluding the non-refundable booking fee, provided he/she is no longer willing to pursue the course enrolled from the rescheduled date.

However, a Learner is always encouraged to upgrade to any eligible course, after payment of the difference in amount excluding the booking fee, even after commencement of the course, depending upon the availability of seats. Under any circumstances, downgrading of course and refund is not allowed.

If the Learner has availed any third-party loan towards the program fee, the learner carries the full liability of repaying the outstanding loan amount. iHONORS Academy at no point will be held responsible for any third-party loan taken by the learners or their sponsors.

For Learners with Placement Assurance, subject to the Learner completing the program successfully and meeting all the placement requirements (technical and soft skills), if iHONORS ACADEMY is not able to provide a Job offer (Only applicable for Learners with Placement Assurance), to the certified learner within 120 days of their completion of program, as per the standard expected requirements, then iHONORS ACADEMY will refund 50% of the program fee, paid by the Learner, after retaining the non-refundable fee component and any other gateway charges with applicable taxes.

There will be no refund on cancellation of registration due to any disciplinary action, if any, initiated against the Learner.

Refunds cannot be initiated for absenteeism.

All refunds will be processed within 15 working days after approval and validation of refund request.

Any request for substitute participant will not be entertained during the course tenure as enrollments are student specific and based on their academic standing and achievements.

iHONORS ACADEMY also reserves the right to cancel commencement of course owing to any unpredicted circumstance which disables a safe training environment e.g. floods, Covid lockdown, epidemics, pandemic, force majeure, war, riot etc. In such an event, training will be arranged for an alternative course date and the total duration of course would be maintained without any additional cost.

Any dispute, difference, or question which may arise, at any point of time, between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching, or arising out of or in respect of this agreement or the subject matter thereof shall be referred to sole Arbitrator by the first party, the award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The Venue of Arbitration will be Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India only and following India’s Legal System.
